Founded by Jamieson Hodgson, Shawfield & Sloane was established to address a gap in the executive search market: the need for a more personal, invested and detail-driven approach. Since 2001, Jamieson has founded, invested in and scaled multiple businesses and has personally recruited over 1,000 individuals across a wide range of sectors and geographies. His experience as both a business owner and hiring decision-maker shapes the firm’s philosophy and standards.
We intentionally limit the number of clients and mandates we accept, allowing us to partner closely with those organisations where we can add genuine value.
